Purchase Orders

Thriftybot is happy to accept purchase orders with your school or organization. Orders must be at least $100 USD in order to use this method of payment. You can find our W-9 and location information here.

The best method is to build a cart like you were normally checking out and then choose "purchase order" as the method payment. This gets the order into our system and will send you a PDF invoice e-mail to submit to your organization.

If you need a quote e-mailed to you first, click on the cart button - 

From your cart page, you can enter an e-mail address and have a quote e-mailed to you directly without checking out -
